Getting Started

AmezPrice is an Amazon price-history, product-discovery and alert platform. It helps you inspect a product’s recorded prices, track a target price, find current deals and receive alerts through the website, app, email, Telegram or Discord where available.

AmezPrice is independent from Amazon. Prices, sellers, stock, delivery charges and checkout totals can change after a product was last checked, so always confirm the final details on Amazon before purchasing.

Open the Sign Up page and register with email, or use the available Google sign-in option. Complete any email verification shown during signup. After signing in, choose your country, review your timezone and configure alert destinations in Settings.

You can browse public products, deals, guides, coupons and help pages without an account. An account is required to save favorites, track products, set alert preferences, connect bots and manage a subscription.

  1. Select the country whose Amazon marketplace you shop on.
  2. Confirm the timezone shown in your profile or settings.
  3. Open an Amazon product page on AmezPrice and review its latest update time and history.
  4. Track the product and add a target price if you have one.
  5. Enable only the alert destinations you want, then connect Telegram or Discord if needed.

Guests can search supported Amazon links, view public product information, browse AmezDeals, categories, brands, Discover guides, coupons and offers, and read this FAQ. Signing in adds saved tracking, favorites, alert history, Deal Radar preferences, bot connections, referrals and subscription management.

Countries, Marketplaces & Timezones

AmezPrice is built to recognize 15 Amazon marketplace regions:

  • 🇦🇺 Australia (amazon.com.au, AUD)
  • 🇧🇷 Brazil (amazon.com.br, BRL)
  • 🇨🇦 Canada (amazon.ca, CAD)
  • 🇫🇷 France (amazon.fr, EUR)
  • 🇩🇪 Germany (amazon.de, EUR)
  • 🇮🇳 India (amazon.in, INR)
  • 🇮🇹 Italy (amazon.it, EUR)
  • 🇯🇵 Japan (amazon.co.jp, JPY)
  • 🇲🇽 Mexico (amazon.com.mx, MXN)
  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands (amazon.nl, EUR)
  • 🇸🇬 Singapore (amazon.sg, SGD)
  • 🇪🇸 Spain (amazon.es, EUR)
  • 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates (amazon.ae, AED)
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (amazon.co.uk, GBP)
  • 🇺🇸 United States (amazon.com, USD)

Marketplace activation can vary while data access and regional services are configured. The country selector shows the choices currently available to use.

Your selected country controls the Amazon marketplace, currency formatting, country-specific product catalogue, links, eligible deals, coupons and time-based information. A product from one marketplace is treated separately from a product listing in another marketplace, even when the title looks similar.

AmezPrice maps the selected country to its configured regional timezone. Signed-in users keep the country and timezone with their account; guest browsing uses the selected browser country. Dates, scheduled promotions and time-sensitive alert windows are displayed using that context.

Some countries span several timezones. AmezPrice uses the marketplace’s configured default regional timezone, which is shown in the interface wherever timing matters.

Use the country selector in the website navigation. Signed-in users can also update the country from Profile. Review the displayed timezone after switching. Existing products remain tied to the marketplace where they were added; open the equivalent listing in the new marketplace if you want to track it there.

Confirm the selected country, refresh the page and make sure the Amazon URL belongs to that marketplace. If the issue continues, sign out and back in or reselect the country so the saved preference and browser choice agree. When contacting support, include the selected country, displayed timezone, URL and the exact time shown.

Products, Prices & Analysis

Paste a full Amazon product URL into AmezPrice search. Supported short Amazon links can also be resolved. AmezPrice extracts the marketplace and product identifier, then opens existing history or starts collecting information when the listing is new.

Use a product-detail URL rather than a search, cart, checkout, account or promotional page.

A recorded price is a price AmezPrice observed for that exact listing and marketplace at a particular time. It is not proof that a customer completed a purchase at that amount. Missing intervals are not treated as continuous observations, and a price may change between checks.

AmezPrice compares the current marketplace price with the highest price recorded in that same product’s eligible tracked history. It does not use MRP or a seller’s crossed-out list price as the baseline.

Formula: (highest recorded price − current price) ÷ highest recorded price × 100.

A recorded marketplace price does not prove that a completed purchase occurred. A high recorded discount gives historical context; it does not guarantee the item’s usual selling price or final checkout saving.

Deal Score is a 0–100 assessment of the current price against confirmed recent and longer-term price history for the same listing and marketplace. It combines price hike, all-time low, average price and historical range checks. Sale mode also compares the previous sale price when recorded. Normal weights are 40%, 25%, 20% and 15%; sale weights are 40% integrity, 15% last sale, 20% all-time low, 15% average and 10% range. Unavailable checks redistribute their weight proportionally. MRP, advertised discount, ratings, popularity and sponsored placement do not add score points.

Each check applies its own history requirements. A new all-time low earns 100; matching the recorded low earns 95. Average and range use the same eligible historical window, and a flat range is unavailable. Missing checks add no points. Confidence describes the available evidence and is separate from the score. Deal Score is neither a product-quality review nor a prediction of the next price.

Fake Hike Detection looks for an unusual recent price increase compared with the preceding recorded baseline. It provides context when a later “discount” may have followed a temporary hike. It is an automated historical signal, so inspect the dated chart and final Amazon price before deciding.

These indicators summarize where the current price sits within the available history. Labels such as Buy Now, Good Deal, Wait or Do Not Buy describe recorded-price conditions, while the meter shows the current position in the tracked range.

They do not evaluate build quality, seller reliability, warranty, specifications or personal suitability. Use them with the history chart and your own product research.

Free accounts and guests can view up to 6 months of price history only. Active Pro and Elite plans can view up to 2 years, where confirmed recorded data is available. Newly added products may show only a small amount of history or “Collecting data.” AmezPrice does not invent observations for periods it did not record.

Marketplace prices and availability can change quickly. Seller selection, product variant, location, tax, delivery, membership pricing, bank offers, coupons and lightning-deal eligibility can also change the final total. Check the data timestamp, exact variant and seller, then confirm every charge on Amazon before paying.

Tracking & Notifications

Open the product on AmezPrice and choose the tracking action, or use /track with the AmezPrice Telegram or Discord bot. The item then appears in Tracking, where you can review its current status and alert settings.

Set the maximum price you are willing to pay. While a target is set, ordinary price-drop updates wait until an eligible observed price reaches or falls below it. After a successful alert the one-time target is removed and price updates pause until you set another target; stock updates remain active through enabled destinations.

  • Free: up to 30 tracked products and 50 favorites.
  • Pro: up to 100 tracked products and 200 favorites.
  • Elite: unlimited tracked products and favorites under the current plan configuration.

Current limits shown on the subscription page and in your account take precedence if a plan changes.

Depending on the feature and your settings, AmezPrice can deliver alerts through email, website or app notifications, Telegram and Discord. Connecting a bot does not automatically enable every alert; review both the product’s toggles and the account-level connection.

No. AmezPrice sends alerts after it records an eligible event. Marketplace refresh timing, queue load, provider outages, email filtering, mobile background rules and Discord or Telegram delivery can introduce delay or prevent delivery. Treat alerts as assistance rather than a purchase or availability guarantee.

Manage individual products in Tracking or Favorites, and update global destinations in Settings. In AmezPrice bots, use /list to review tracked items and /stop to remove one. Deal Radar subscriptions have separate controls.

Signed-in users can open Notifications for available alert history. Provider-side messages may also remain in email, Telegram, Discord or the mobile notification tray. Deleting an entry from one location may not delete copies already delivered elsewhere.

  1. Confirm the product is still tracked and the relevant alert toggle is enabled.
  2. Check that the target was actually met by a recorded price.
  3. Check spam, browser permission, mobile notification permission, bot blocks and Discord DM settings.
  4. Confirm the bot account is linked and the selected country matches the listing.
  5. Reconnect the destination or send a test notification when the setting offers one.

Deals, Search & Discovery

AmezDeals surfaces currently eligible products with useful recorded-price movement and lets you filter the catalogue. It is based on AmezPrice observations, not a promise that every product will remain discounted or in stock.

Deal Radar monitors selected categories instead of requiring you to choose each product. You pick categories and price preferences, then eligible deal alerts can be sent through configured destinations. You can review subscriptions and blocked products from Deal Radar controls or bot commands.

  • Free: 5 categories.
  • Pro: 15 categories.
  • Elite: 30 categories.

The interface shows the live limit for your plan. Telegram-only use may have a smaller unlinked-account allowance.

Yes. Use Categories, Brands and Discover. Discover pages explain their ranking method and link to product history so you can verify the evidence behind a result.

No. AmezPrice deal signals evaluate price history and catalogue evidence. They do not replace hands-on reviews, specification comparison, safety checks or seller and warranty research.

Mobile App & Browser Extension

Open AmezPrice Connect and use the official Google Play or Chrome Web Store buttons. Avoid extension packages, APK files or login pages shared by unknown accounts.

The official extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is intended for Chromium-based browsers that support Chrome extensions, such as Chrome and compatible Brave installations. Browser policies and extension APIs may differ, so use the current store version.

On a supported Amazon product page, the extension can identify the listing, request AmezPrice product information, show available history and tracking context, and help add or refresh a product. Sign in and connect the extension when account features are required.

Sign in to amezprice.com in the same browser, open the extension and use its connection flow. Complete the confirmation on the official AmezPrice domain. If it remains disconnected, update the extension, allow required site access, then reconnect.

Allow notification permission, make sure you are signed in to the expected account, confirm the product and app alert toggles, and remove battery or background restrictions that stop delivery. Reopen the app to refresh its notification token. If the problem persists, include the app version, device model and operating-system version in a support request.

Telegram Bots

Sign in, open Settings, start the appropriate bot and follow the displayed OTP or connection steps. Send connection codes only to the exact official bot opened from AmezPrice Connect.

Start with /start or /help. Send a supported Amazon product URL to add or inspect it, then follow the bot buttons or commands to set a target, list tracked items or stop tracking. Available commands are shown by Telegram and may evolve with the bot.

Open Deal Radar Bot, start it, choose a category, subcategory and price range, then enable alerts. Use the bot’s management options to review categories, stop an alert or unblock a product. Linked plan limits are taken from your AmezPrice account.

Make sure the bot is not blocked, reopen the chat and send /start. Confirm the account connection and category or tracking status. Telegram privacy settings, network issues or bot maintenance can affect delivery. Never share an OTP with a person claiming to be support.

Discord Bots & Community

Use the Discord invitation on AmezPrice Connect. The server contains onboarding, announcements, product discussions, suggestions, bug reporting and private ticket support.

  • AmezPrice: individual product tracking and target-price alerts.
  • Deal Radar: personal category subscriptions and deal alerts.
  • AmezDeals: manager-controlled deal broadcasting to a server channel.
  • AmezPrice Manager: account linking and subscription-role helpers.

Sign in and open Settings. Use Discord authorization or the provided one-time connection flow. Confirm the Discord account shown before authorizing. You can also use /connect where the AmezPrice or Deal Radar bot offers it.

/start, /track, /price, /deal, /list, /stop, /help, /connect and /set_delivery. The delivery command can select DM, the current channel or both where permitted.

/start, /startalert, /stopalert, /mycategory, /blocked_products, /connect, /help and /set_delivery. Category availability follows your selected marketplace and plan.

AmezDeals posts qualifying deals into a configured server channel. Server managers use /start, /start_deals, /stop_deals, /add_category, /remove_category, /set_discount and /help. Its minimum discount is based on AmezPrice recorded-price history, not MRP.

Commands that change delivery for a shared server or channel are restricted to members with Discord Administrator, Manage Server or Manage Channels permission. Personal AmezPrice and Deal Radar workflows remain available in direct messages with the bot. AmezDeals configuration is server-manager controlled.

Allow direct messages from server members, make sure the bot is not blocked, and run /set_delivery to confirm DM or both. Reconnect Discord from Settings if the account mapping changed. Channel delivery also requires the bot to view and send messages in the selected channel.

Plans, Coupons & Offers

AmezPrice offers Free, Pro and Elite plans. Free includes core tracking with limits. Pro increases tracking and favorite limits, expands Deal Radar and removes ads. Elite provides the largest or unlimited allowances and higher support benefits. Review the subscription page for current prices, billing cycles and exact benefits.

The current Free plan includes 5 email price alerts under the configured allowance. This limit applies to email; Telegram and app notifications are configured as unlimited for all plans. Product-tracking and destination settings still determine whether a particular alert is sent.

A coupon has a code you enter during eligible checkout. An automatic offer does not require a code; the checkout applies it when the plan, billing cycle, customer type, country and active period match. Read the exact terms on Coupon Codes & Offers.

  1. Open Coupon Codes & Offers.
  2. Check the plan, billing cycle, customer eligibility, country, start time, expiry and use limit.
  3. Copy an available code and enter it during subscription checkout.
  4. Confirm the discount and final total before paying.

The code may be scheduled, expired, inactive, fully redeemed, already used by your account, limited to a different country, restricted to new or returning customers, or valid only for a particular plan and billing cycle. Copy it exactly and check the public terms. Support cannot override expired or ineligible promotion rules.

An offer can cover a fixed number of eligible billing periods. The discounted amount applies only to those periods; standard plan pricing applies afterward unless the displayed terms say otherwise. Confirm the recurring schedule and total during checkout.

Sign in and open Subscription Plans. Choose an eligible plan and billing cycle, then select Redeem License Key in the checkout box. Enter the complete key exactly as issued and review the resulting plan and validity. The key determines your plan and access duration; no payment is required to redeem it. Treat the key like a private credential: do not post it in Discord, Telegram, screenshots or public bug reports.

Refresh the subscription status and check the transaction page first. If it remains unresolved, open a private support request from your registered email and include the AmezPrice order or transaction reference, approximate payment time and selected plan. Never send a full card number, CVV, bank password or OTP.

Referrals & Rewards

Signed-in users can open Referrals to view their code, share link, progress and currently available reward choices. Use the page’s live terms because reward thresholds can change.

The invited person must join through or claim the correct referral code and complete the qualifying activity shown on the Referrals page. Self-referrals, duplicate claims and activity that does not meet the displayed rules do not become redeemable credit.

If your account is eligible for a late claim, the Referrals page provides the claim option. A code generally cannot be replaced after a successful claim, and your own code cannot be used on your account.

Open the Referrals page, check the number of completed and available referrals, choose an eligible reward and confirm redemption. Redeemed referrals cannot be reused. The plan duration and required count shown at confirmation are the authoritative terms.

Account, Privacy & Security

Signed-in users can change their password from Settings and complete any requested verification. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password and follow the link sent to your registered email. Do not share reset links or one-time codes.

AmezPrice supports an authenticator app and email-based verification where offered. Enable 2FA in Settings, complete the challenge and store recovery codes somewhere private. Each recovery code is intended for emergency access; regenerate the set if you believe it was exposed.

  • Your password, one-time code or recovery code.
  • Your full payment-card number, CVV, banking password or UPI PIN.
  • Bot tokens, secret API keys or extension connection credentials.
  • Unsolicited remote access to your device.

Verify links through amezprice.com and move account or billing discussions to private support.

The Privacy Policy explains information used by the website, mobile app and browser extension, including account data, analytics, notifications, advertising technologies, retention and user rights. Amazon, Google, Discord, Telegram, payment providers and app stores apply their own policies to their services.

Use the Delete Account controls in Settings and complete the required verification, or contact support from the registered email address. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, financial records or legal compliance; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Use the unsubscribe link in an eligible promotional email or update notification preferences in Settings. Essential service messages, such as account verification, password reset, payment status or security notices, are handled separately from marketing preferences.

Troubleshooting & Support

Use the Contact form or email support@amezprice.com. In the official Discord server, use a private ticket for account, payment or security-sensitive help. Public discussion is suitable for general how-to questions only.

  • A clear summary and the exact steps that led to the issue.
  • Expected behavior and what actually happened.
  • Selected country, displayed timezone and approximate local time.
  • Product URL or ASIN when relevant.
  • Website browser, extension version, or app and operating-system version.
  • A redacted screenshot or exact error message.

For billing, include only the AmezPrice order or transaction reference. Remove passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, card data, bot tokens and private license keys.

Include the exact AmezPrice product URL, Amazon marketplace URL, selected country, the incorrect field, the value you expected and the visible update time. If possible, add a redacted screenshot showing the same product variant and seller.

Use the contact form, support email or the official Discord bug-report channel. Provide one concise reproduction path, device or browser details, expected and actual results, and a redacted screenshot. For a security-sensitive issue, use private support rather than a public channel.

  1. Refresh once and check your connection.
  2. Try a private window to rule out stale cache or an extension conflict.
  3. Allow required cookies and JavaScript for amezprice.com.
  4. Update the browser or app.
  5. Check whether the same URL fails on another network or device.

If it still fails, send the failing URL, time, device and error text to support.

Start from AmezPrice Connect or the official amezprice.com domain. On Discord, use the server’s read-only official-links resource. Be cautious when a direct message creates urgency, asks for credentials or links to a lookalike domain.
