Clear rules for using AmezPrice.

Acceptance of these Terms.

By accessing or using AmezPrice, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and any feature-specific notice shown to you. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use AmezPrice for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

A price-information and tracking platform.

AmezPrice provides tools that may include product search, recorded price history, current price observations, lowest/average/highest statistics, calculated deal scores, favorites, product tracking, target alerts, stock/deal notifications, categories, brands, Discover guides, Deal Radar/AmezDeals, upcoming-sale information, account integrations and subscriptions.

AmezPrice is not an online marketplace, product seller, payment recipient for Amazon purchases, delivery provider, manufacturer or warranty provider. AmezPrice does not set Amazon prices and cannot accept, cancel or modify an Amazon order.

Eligibility, registration and security.

• You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors may use the Services only with valid parent/guardian involvement where permitted.
• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse.
• Keep passwords, OTPs, devices, sessions and connected extension tokens secure. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account except where caused by AmezPrice’s own failure or applicable law provides otherwise.
• Google or other OAuth sign-in is also subject to that provider’s terms. AmezPrice does not receive your provider password.

You may use guest features without an account. Tracking synchronization, personalized alerts, subscription benefits and other functions can require sign-in.

Website, mobile app and browser extension.

Website

You may use the website through a compatible browser. Sessions, essential cookies/local storage, security controls and JavaScript may be required for login and interactive functions.

Mobile app

App features depend on compatible devices, operating systems, app-store availability and permissions. Push notifications require permission. Store purchases are also governed by Google Play or Apple terms. You are responsible for carrier/data charges.

Browser extension

The extension is intended to display AmezPrice information on supported Amazon product pages and enable account-linked tracking actions. You authorize it to access the active Amazon page, read visible product information, store limited settings/authentication data locally and communicate with amezprice.com as disclosed in its permissions and our Privacy Policy.

You may revoke extension access by disabling/uninstalling it or clearing its data. Changes to Amazon pages or browser policies may temporarily break extraction or display.

Price observations are context, not a checkout quote.

Product data may originate from Amazon pages, official or third-party APIs, scraping/service providers, automated monitors, extension-submitted observations and prior records. We attempt to normalize marketplace, currency and product identifiers, but information can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, mismatched or inaccurate.

• "Current" means the latest observation available to AmezPrice, not necessarily the live checkout price.
• Lowest, average and highest values apply only to the recorded data and period available.
• Deal scores, savings, percentages, labels and recommendations are calculations and may change when history changes.
• List/reference prices may not represent a price at which the product was commonly sold.
• Variants, coupons, exchange offers, memberships, taxes, delivery, seller location and account-specific offers may alter the final total.

Tracking and notification delivery.

When you track a product or enable an alert, you request AmezPrice to monitor available observations and attempt a notification when configured criteria appear to be met. Delivery can depend on monitoring schedules, service/provider availability, notification permissions, spam filters, device connectivity and plan limits.

Alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to be instant, complete or delivered before a price changes, stock expires or a promotion ends. You remain responsible for checking Amazon and deciding whether to purchase. You can manage channels and tracking through available controls.

Plans, purchases, renewals and advertising.

Free and paid plans

Features and limits may vary by free, Pro, Elite or other displayed plan. We may change future plan features or prices with reasonable notice; changes will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter a completed fixed-term purchase except as permitted.

Payments and app-store purchases

Payments may be processed by Razorpay, Google Play, Apple or another displayed provider. The checkout page identifies price, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal terms. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the applicable provider or account control. Store rules may determine cancellation and refund handling.

It explains UPI AutoPay authorization, cancellation, the 7-day refund request window, Free-plan usage conditions and the single approved refund limit across all plans in a rolling 365-day period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Trials, coupons and promotions

Eligibility, duration and limits shown with an offer apply. Promotions may not be combined, transferred or redeemed for cash and may be withdrawn for abuse.

Advertising

Free or eligible experiences may show advertising when Google AdSense, Google AdMob or another disclosed service is enabled. Some paid plans may remove certain ads. Advertising does not mean AmezPrice endorses every advertised product.

Amazon, affiliate links and connected platforms.

Amazon product links take you to an Amazon marketplace governed by Amazon’s terms and privacy policy. AmezPrice may use Amazon affiliate links and earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate compensation does not create an agency, partnership or endorsement relationship.

Google, Apple, Firebase, Telegram, Discord, Razorpay, analytics, advertising, product-data and other providers operate separate services. We are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, policies or conduct. Connecting a third-party account authorizes the necessary exchange of data for that feature until disconnected.

What you may not do.

You must not:

• Break laws, infringe rights, harass others, submit harmful content or use the Services deceptively.
• Probe, bypass or defeat authentication, authorization, rate limits, plan limits, anti-abuse controls or platform security.
• Introduce malware, interfere with infrastructure, overload APIs, automate abusive requests or disrupt other users.
• Reverse engineer protected portions except to the limited extent law expressly permits.
• Copy, scrape, republish, resell or build a competing database from AmezPrice content at scale without written permission.
• Manipulate price reports, tracking counts, deal scores, referrals, ads, subscriptions or notification systems.
• Use AmezPrice or extension access to collect unrelated personal data, payment data, credentials or browsing activity.
• Misrepresent affiliation with AmezPrice, Amazon or any partner.

Content, trademarks and feedback.

AmezPrice software, design, branding, original text, calculated outputs and service organization are owned by AmezPrice or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Product names, descriptions, images, marketplace marks and other third-party content belong to their respective owners. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. AmezPrice is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon unless expressly stated.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Privacy is part of these Terms.

The Privacy Policy explains information collection and use, including extension permissions, Firebase/Google Analytics, FCM notifications, Google Sign-In, app-store purchases, advertising SDKs, affiliate links, retention and rights. By using optional features, you authorize the processing necessary to provide them, subject to available consent controls.

Availability, updates and beta features.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend or discontinue features, marketplace support, plans, APIs or integrations. Updates may be required for security or compatibility. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage or support for a particular product, country, browser, device or third party.

Beta, preview or experimental features may be incomplete and can change without notice. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, provider outages and legal restrictions may affect availability.

No guarantee of prices, savings or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any saving, alert, score, prediction, product, seller or transaction outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmezPrice and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profit, missed savings, lost data or third-party conduct arising from the Services. For paid Services, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid AmezPrice for the affected Service during the six months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury where applicable.

Claims caused by misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify AmezPrice from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, submitted content or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to loss caused by AmezPrice or where consumer law prohibits it.

Suspension, cancellation and deletion.

You may stop using AmezPrice, untrack products, uninstall the extension/app and request account deletion at any time. Subscription cancellation takes effect according to the provider’s displayed rules and does not automatically create a refund.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users/systems, comply with law, investigate abuse, address payment failure or enforce these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions concerning ownership, payment records, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination.

Governing law and resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact support@amezprice.com with a description and requested resolution so both sides can attempt good-faith informal resolution.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and applicable law, courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have authority over unresolved disputes. You retain any right to approach a consumer commission, data-protection authority or other regulator that law makes available.

Updates, severability and contact.

We may revise these Terms as services or laws change. The updated date will appear above, with additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance, except where renewed consent is legally required.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; AmezPrice may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Services subject to applicable law.
