Payment & Refund Policy

Clear payments. Informed choices.

Know what you pay, how your subscription renews and when you can request a refund.

01 · Scope

AmezPrice subscriptions, not Amazon orders.

This policy covers paid AmezPrice subscriptions purchased directly on our website, including Pro and Elite, monthly and yearly billing, and their automatic renewals. New website payment checkouts use subscriptions; an existing license key may still be redeemed through its separate activation option.

These terms apply to purchases made after this policy takes effect and is presented at checkout. They do not retroactively replace the terms of an earlier purchase. Read them together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AmezPrice does not sell or ship the Amazon products it tracks. Returns, replacements, delivery charges and refunds for those products must be handled with Amazon or the relevant seller.

Refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Submitting a request is not automatic approval. The conditions below describe our voluntary subscription refund policy and do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

02 · Checkout

Review the amount before authorizing payment.

Checkout shows your plan, billing period, currency, applicable discount, payable amount and renewal schedule. Where applicable, the tax breakdown is displayed at checkout. Website subscription mandates are currently available for India billing in INR through UPI AutoPay, supported recurring cards and bank eMandate.

  • The first payment and later renewals may differ when an eligible discount applies. The regular plan amount and discount duration are shown before payment.
  • Payment and subscription activation depend on server-side verification of the payment provider’s successful payment status. Opening the payment window, creating an order or approving a mandate alone does not establish that a payment succeeded.
  • UPI and card checkout collect your displayed first subscription payment, including the eligible coupon or plan offer, while you authorize future automatic payments. The mandate limit is the displayed regular plan price, not an additional charge or the amount charged today. A separate ₹1 card registration payment is not required for new checkouts.
  • For eligible HDFC and ICICI bank accounts, net banking eMandate checkout requests the displayed first subscription payment during mandate setup. The mandate limit is the approved regular plan price, not an additional upfront charge. Bank mandate approval can be processed separately; future automatic debits require a confirmed mandate. Older ₹0 bank registrations or ₹1 card registrations may still require a separate first plan debit. Registration alone never activates paid access or consumes a discounted billing period. Paid access starts only when Razorpay confirms that the full displayed subscription payment has been captured; an authorized, created or pending payment is not sufficient. The first paid period starts from confirmed payment, and future debits follow the approved monthly/yearly schedule and applicable bank notice requirements.
  • A pending or failed attempt does not itself confirm paid access. If your bank shows a debit but the website does not confirm payment, contact support with the payment reference before repeatedly trying again.
  • Complete authorization through Razorpay and your bank or UPI application. AmezPrice does not collect your full card details, CVV or bank login credentials. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, passwords or full payment credentials with AmezPrice support.
03 · Pricing rules

One discount at a time.

  • An eligible plan offer applies automatically at checkout. A valid coupon replaces that offer; the two discounts are never added together.
  • If you remove the coupon before payment, the eligible automatic offer is restored. Review and accept the updated payment and renewal amounts again.
  • A coupon discounts only the first payment for that checkout. It does not discount automatic bank renewals, which use the displayed regular price.
  • A plan offer may cover the first payment only, or the first payment plus a stated number of renewals. After those discounted payments, the displayed regular plan price applies.
  • If you cancel and later make a new purchase, offers and coupons are evaluated again under their then-current eligibility and usage rules. Cancelling does not reset a coupon’s usage restrictions or guarantee another promotional discount.

Discounts are not cash balances. Any approved refund relates to the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted plan price.

04 · Your authorization

Subscription · Automatic renewal.

By selecting the required policy acceptance checkbox and proceeding with a subscription payment, you agree to this policy and give the following authorization for the amounts and schedule displayed at checkout:

I authorize the displayed subscription payments through my selected UPI AutoPay, card AutoPay or bank eMandate method for up to 10 years, subject to the bank or card mandate's earlier expiry, unless I cancel earlier. Each subscription debit is capped at the displayed regular plan price. AmezPrice follows the selected monthly/yearly schedule; the bank mandate may display “as presented”. Where applicable, renewal requests and bank notices are prepared before the renewal date. I understand that mandate registration is separate from confirmation of the actual subscription payment.

The mandate’s maximum validity is not a 10-year purchase or a requirement to stay subscribed for 10 years. “As presented” describes the bank mandate; AmezPrice follows the monthly or yearly schedule you selected. A discount does not lower the mandate cap below the regular price shown, because later renewals may be at that regular price.

You must also complete any authorization required by your bank or UPI application. Automatic renewal continues under that authorization until cancelled or the mandate expires or is otherwise stopped.

05 · Staying in control

Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a refund.

Cancel future renewals from Subscription Plans in your AmezPrice account. Your already-paid access continues until its expiry unless that payment is refunded, reversed or the subscription is otherwise revoked under the applicable terms.

Renewal processing is prepared before the renewal date. Cancel in advance: a debit request already submitted to the payment provider may still complete while cancellation is being confirmed. If that happens, contact support with the payment reference so we can review the payment and cancellation timing.

Uninstalling the app, logging out, disabling alerts or not using the service is not a subscription cancellation. A refund request is also not a substitute for cancelling future renewal. You can additionally review or revoke the mandate through your bank, card issuer or UPI application’s available mandate controls.

06 · Refund conditions

Three conditions, across all paid plans.

For a voluntary subscription refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Request within 7 days. Contact us within 7 calendar days (168 hours) of the successful subscription payment you want refunded, whether it is the initial payment or a renewal. We use the payment record and the time your request was received. A review that finishes later does not make an on-time request late.
  2. No favorites, tracking or Deal Radar above the Free limit. A refund is not eligible if your saved favorites, actively tracked products or enabled Deal Radar categories exceed the corresponding Free-plan allowance while using the purchased plan. Exceeding any one of these limits is enough; all three do not have to be exceeded. Staying within the paid plan’s higher allowance does not make this usage eligible for a refund.
  3. Only one approved refund in 365 days. This is one combined allowance across all paid plans and monthly/yearly purchases, not one refund per plan. A further voluntary refund cannot be approved until 365 days have passed since your previous approved refund. Changing plans or cancelling and buying again does not reset this period. A rejected request does not count as an approved refund.

Understanding the Free-plan comparison

Current Free-plan allowances are shown below for reference. Review uses the limits and terms applicable to your purchase, not a later change that would retroactively restrict it.

  • Favorites: 50 saved products.
  • Tracking: 30 actively tracked products, shared across notification channels. Enabling multiple channels for the same product does not make it multiple tracked products.
  • Deal Radar: 5 categories in total, with up to 2 assigned to Telegram. App/web delivery is a shared option, not two separate category allowances.

Being exactly at a Free-plan limit is not the same as exceeding it. Usage is account-wide across the website, app and connected bots. Our team reviews the payment, account usage and earlier refund records; merely being on a paid plan is not by itself a reason to reject an otherwise eligible request.

For example, a Pro refund followed by an Elite purchase does not create a second refund allowance. You must wait 365 days from that Pro refund’s approval before another voluntary refund can be approved, and the new payment must still meet the 7-day request and Free-limit conditions.

07 · Contact support

How to request a review.

Use our Contact Us form or email support@amezprice.com, preferably from your registered account email. Include:

  • Your account email, plan and monthly/yearly billing period.
  • The payment or order reference, payment date and amount.
  • The reason for requesting a refund and any relevant billing screenshot with sensitive information hidden.

We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership or identify the payment. We will communicate the approval or rejection and its reason through support. Do not send your bank login, card security code, UPI PIN or OTP.

08 · After approval

Refund destination, amount and paid access.

An approved refund is limited to the amount actually collected for the payment being refunded, less any amount already refunded for that same payment. An approval does not refund unrelated purchases or future billing periods.

Razorpay refunds are returned to the original payment method, not an alternative bank account or someone else’s UPI ID. AmezPrice submits the approved refund to the payment provider; bank credit is a separate step. Normal refunds can take around 7–10 working days, depending on the bank and method, and may arrive sooner. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed credit date. See Razorpay’s normal refund guidance.

A fully refunded subscription payment no longer provides the paid access associated with that payment. Your account’s remaining valid entitlements, if any, determine your available plan. A partial refund, where specifically approved, is handled according to the communicated adjustment and does not automatically revoke all paid access.

If a refund is pending or fails, contact support using the same payment and refund reference. Repeating the request does not create an entitlement to multiple refunds for one payment. There is no automatic pro-rata refund merely because you cancel or leave part of a paid period unused; eligibility is reviewed under this policy.

09 · Safeguards

Payment errors and mandatory rights.

Report duplicate charges, a debit without confirmed access, suspected unauthorized payments or a debit after cancellation promptly. We review these as billing or payment issues, not simply as a change-of-mind refund request. Never disclose security credentials to investigate them.

The 7-day window, Free-limit condition and 365-day allowance do not override refunds, corrections, dispute rights or other remedies required by applicable law or binding payment-provider decisions. They do not require you to give up your right to contact your bank or payment provider.

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date. A later policy will not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

10 · Other purchase channels

Use the provider that handled your payment.

Purchases billed through Google Play, Apple or another app store follow that store’s applicable billing, cancellation and refund process. This website policy does not replace the store’s rules or restrict refunds the store or law requires. Cancelling a website subscription does not cancel a separate store subscription.

For an externally purchased license key, use the seller or provider identified on your receipt for payment-related requests; AmezPrice can help investigate activation issues. Activating a free or promotional key does not create a cash refund balance.

For help identifying a payment, contact AmezPrice support. For Amazon product returns or refunds, use Amazon’s order and seller support instead.
